1. Contest Overview

Outplayed’s SPOOKTACLE (“SPOOKTACLE” or the “Contest”) is a three week Halloween clip contest run by Outplayed in the Outplayed Discord community. The Contest is divided into three consecutive weekly categories (each, an “Act”), each with its own theme, its own submission window and its own winner. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chance of winning.

2. Eligibility

This Contest is open to all existing or new Outplayed users who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
• Have a valid Outplayed account in good standing. User must be logged in to the account in order to capture and share a contest clip; and
• Are a member of the official Outplayed Discord community and comply with its rules.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Overwolf, and any person involved in administering or judging the Contest, are not eligible to win a prize.

This Contest may not be available in all regions and is void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period and Acts

The Contest runs from October 18th, 2026 to November 8th, 2026. Each Act opens and closes as set out below, all times 19:00 UTC:

• Act I, “Grave Robber”: October 18th, 2026 to October 25th, 2026. Best highlights of unlikely kills or deaths, including clutches, barely made it moments and unfortunate deaths.
• Act II, “The Screamer”: October 25th, 2026 to November 1st, 2026. Best highlights of jump scares and weird or WTF moments.
• Act III, “Grim Reaper”: November 1st, 2026 to November 8th, 2026. Best highlights of team wipes or team saves.

A clip posted outside the submission window of the Act it is entered for will not be judged. Overwolf may end the Contest early, extend it, or adjust the Act dates at its discretion.

4. How to Enter

To enter an Act:

• Download and install Outplayed;
• Join the official Outplayed Discord community;
• Capture your highlight with Outplayed during the relevant Act;
• Create a shareable link using the “Get a shareable link” option in the Sessions or Editor tab; and
• Post that outplayed.tv link in the #events channel of the Outplayed Discord community before that Act closes.

5. Submission Requirements

Each clip entered in the Contest (a “Submission”) must meet all of the following criteria:

• Shorter than 90 seconds;
• Recorded natively with Outplayed and shared as an outplayed.tv link. Clips recorded with the Screen Recorder feature, clips imported into Outplayed, clips recorded or edited with any other application, mp4 files and social media links are not eligible;
• Posted in the #events channel within the submission window of the Act it is entered for; and
• Compliant with these Terms, the Outplayed Terms of Service, and the rules of the Outplayed Discord community.

You may post up to five Submissions per Act. If more than five Submissions are posted by the same person for a single Act, only the five most recent will be judged. Any game may be clipped, provided the Submission suits the theme of the Act and complies with Section 9 below.

6. Judging

Submissions are judged by a panel made up of the Outplayed team, Outplayed Discord staff, and affiliate community representatives.

Each Submission is scored from 1 to 5 against the theme of its Act, taking into account editing quality and entertainment value. These parameters are subject to each judge’s own interpretation, and the judges’ decisions are final and binding.

All Submissions are moderated. A Submission found to violate these Terms will be disqualified.

7. Prizes

One winner is selected per Act, so the Contest has three winners in total. Each winner receives:

• USD $300, delivered through Tremendous;
• A limited edition Outplayed T-shirt; and
• A limited edition role in the Outplayed Discord community.

A participant may win one Act only. If the same participant would otherwise win more than one Act, the prize for the later Act will be awarded to the next highest scoring eligible Submission.

Prizes are personal, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash or credit beyond the reward as issued. Where a stated prize is unavailable, Overwolf may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Winner Announcement and Prize Delivery

The 3 winners will be announced in the Outplayed Discord community a few days after the Contest ends, once the voting and moderation process is complete.

To claim a prize, a winner must respond to Overwolf’s notification within fourteen (14) days and provide the details reasonably needed for delivery, including an email address for the Tremendous reward and a shipping address and shirt size for the T-shirt. If a winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, Overwolf may disqualify that winner and award the prize to the next highest scoring eligible Submission.

9. Content Guidelines

Every Submission must comply with the Outplayed Terms of Service and the rules of the Outplayed Discord community. A Submission must be your own gameplay content, must not infringe the rights of any third party, and must not contain unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable material.

Only gaming-related clips are eligible for this Contest. Any non-gaming content may be excluded or removed from the Contest at Outplayed’s sole discretion and without notice.

10. Rights in Submissions

You keep ownership of your Submission. By entering the Contest, you grant Overwolf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, sublicensable licence to host, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and publicly display your Submission, in whole or in part, in connection with the Contest and with the promotion of Outplayed and Overwolf, across any media and for the duration of the applicable copyright.

You confirm that you hold all rights needed to grant that licence, and that every person appearing or audible in your Submission has consented to the use described above.

By entering, you also agree that Overwolf may publish your Outplayed username and Discord handle in announcements and promotional materials relating to the Contest, except where prohibited by law.

11. Disqualification

Overwolf may disqualify any participant or Submission, at its sole discretion and without notice, where it believes the participant has violated these Terms, the Outplayed Terms of Service, or the Discord community rules, has submitted content that is not their own, has used multiple or automated accounts, or has otherwise attempted to manipulate the Contest or its results.

12. Modifications and Termination

Overwolf may modify, suspend, or cancel this Contest or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the Outplayed website or announced in the Outplayed Discord community.

13. Taxes
